Yes, yes, and more yes! We were founded on the idea that creativity and collaboration go together like pb & j. Either fill out a form on our Contact page, or just introduce yourself by emailing us.
WHY DO YOUR PROCESSING TIMES DIFFER?
Each of our products are handmade by our artists. Sometimes you purchase a product that's ready to go, and you get to enjoy shorter processing times, like 3-5 days. Sometimes you purchase a totally awesome, one-of-a-kind, hands down coolest ever product, and those orders have longer processing times, like 1-2 weeks. We believe in only putting out the highest quality of work, so trust us, it will be worth the wait.
Can I get a refund?
We love our creators and the stuff they make. We hope you do too. That being said, we do not offer refunds, and since we're a brand spanking new baby-sized company, we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or very occasionally lost by the USPS. If this happens to you, please email Alli at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try our best to find a solution with you. Please note that we can’t replace custom or one-of-a-kind pieces.
ok, how about an exchange?
Should you have any issues with your order, please email Alli at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests for refunds, but can try to accommodate exchanges if contacted within the 5 day window, and it's not a custom or one-of-a-kind piece. After contacting us, you have 5 days to post the item with tracking to us at 1155 E 2100 S, APT. 616 Salt Lake City, UT 84106.
Additionally, we cannot accept washed or worn clothing for exchanges.

The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Chiix & Co., LLC..
This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use the services provided by Chiix & Co. (we’ll refer to our website, Instagram, etc. as our “Services”), so please read it carefully. By using any of our Services (even just browsing our website), you’re agreeing to the Terms.
1. Don't be Mean
Our creators are hand selected and each item is a unique extension of themselves. Don't like it? Don't buy it. Art is a form of creative expression, just because it doesn't suit you doesn't mean it isn't valid. For our sellers we expect the same level of respect to be extended to anyone that is looking to purchase. Chiix & Co. is a community environment meant to support artists and indulge artist supporters. If you violate this we reserve the right to close your account and/or refund your orders.
2. Your Info is Safe
We collect information and do not give this out to third parties without your consent. That's how consent works, period. We will only send out information relating to your account, orders and promotions. You have every right to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time.
3. Disputes and Issues
Any disputes or transaction issues you have with sellers or issues with shipping need to be resolved by you and the seller or you and the shipping provider. Chiix & Co. is an artist marketplace and is not responsible for the wares that are purchased.
Disputes or issues with any of our artists should begin by contacting Alli at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin assisting you with your problem. For issues with shipping please work with the shipping provider.
